Are you an Adult Trained Nurse looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to develop and progress in your career, or an Adult Student Nurse due to qualify within the next three months?
If the answer is yes, then a post at Rutland Memorial Hospital is the right choice for you.
Our wards are nurse led which will give you high levels of autonomy and satisfaction in delivering excellent patient care, supporting rehabilitation and increasing patient independence and quality of life.
Our cohorts of patients are increasingly complex due to the need to facilitate transfer from acute trusts for individuals who are medically fit for discharge and to prevent admission from home to the secondary care sector.
If working in this positive environment appeals to you, then please apply. You are welcome to visit during the application process to give you an insight to the types of care delivered, our MDT working processes and how we work with our patients and their families to facilitate safe discharge.
Free parking is available on site.
The Trust provides extensive learning and development opportunities to support you in progressing your nursing career to a senior role if you wish to do so.
The Trust encourages a healthy work life balance and flexible working opportunities are available.
