About You

We welcome applications from qualified and registered EMHPs as well as qualified and registered CWPs. You will have completed a CYP‑IAPT accredited programme and hold valid registration with the appropriate psychological professional body. You will bring experience in delivering evidence‑based interventions for children, young people and families, along with the ability to assess need, manage risk and maintain high‑quality clinical records. Strong communication, resilience, and a commitment to safeguarding are essential, as is the confidence to work within busy education settings. You will be organised, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with school staff, external agencies and families. The role involves travel between education settings across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, so the ability to meet this requirement is important.
