The post holders will also support digital change activity, contribute to system documentation and learning materials, and assist with configuration checks, data quality improvements and testing when new functionality or processes are introduced.

About You

We are looking for individuals with proven experience working in a primary care setting, with a strong understanding of general practice workflows. You will be confident delivering training, resolving system queries and supporting a wide range of users in a fast‑paced environment. While system‑specific training will be provided, you must be able to adapt quickly, communicate clearly and build effective working relationships with customers.
